Welcome
Your church insurance application is ready to start, with what we already know filled in. It takes about 10 minutes, your answers save as you go, and an Oklahoma broker reviews everything before it goes to a carrier.
Insurance for the ministry you've been trusted with.
Sanctuary and steeple, kids' ministry, church vans, and the board that oversees it all. We're an Oklahoma brokerage insuring Oklahoma churches — from the OKC metro and Tulsa to small-town congregations across the state — and we shop multiple carriers so your church isn't paying for gaps it doesn't know it has.
Everything a church actually needs covered.
Church policies are not one-size-fits-all. We build yours around how your Oklahoma congregation actually gathers, serves and travels.
Property — steeple to parking lot
Sanctuary, fellowship hall, parsonage, stained glass, organ and sound systems at replacement cost — including the wind and hail Oklahoma churches know too well.
General liability
Slips and falls at Sunday service, weddings, funerals, VBS, fall festivals and community events on your property, plus medical payments for guests.
Abuse & molestation
Dedicated coverage for nursery, children's and youth ministry — the protection many church policies quietly leave out or cap too low.
Board & leadership (D&O)
Protects pastors, elders, deacons and trustees for the decisions they make on the church's behalf — governance, employment and financial disputes.
Church vans & buses
Commercial auto for church-owned vans and buses, plus hired and non-owned auto for volunteers driving to Falls Creek, mission trips and hospital visits.
Daycare, preschool & school
Liability and property for weekday ministries, mother's day out programs and Christian schools that run under the church.
Pastoral counseling
Professional liability for pastors and staff who counsel members through marriage, grief, addiction and crisis.
Crime & employee dishonesty
Offering plates, online giving and bookkeeping — coverage for theft by an employee or a trusted volunteer.
Volunteers & staff
Volunteer accident coverage and workers' compensation for paid staff, so the people who serve are protected too.
Church insurance FAQ
Do you really specialize in churches?
Yes. Churches are one of our biggest commercial niches. We insure congregations all over Oklahoma — from small rural churches to growing OKC and Tulsa ministries with schools, daycares and vans — and we know which carriers want Oklahoma church business and which ones only tolerate it.
What is abuse & molestation coverage, and do we need it?
It covers claims of abuse or misconduct involving children or vulnerable adults in your ministries. Many general liability policies exclude it or cap it very low. If your church has a nursery, children's ministry, youth group or camp, you need it — and its limit deserves a careful look.
Our church belongs to a denomination. Can we still shop our insurance?
Usually, yes. Many denominations recommend a carrier but don't require one — check your bylaws or ask your association. We'll compare your current policy against other options so your leadership can make an informed decision.
What do you need from us to give a quote?
Your current declarations page is the best start. Beyond that: the year your buildings were built, square footage, roof age, how many vans or buses you own, average attendance, and whether you run a school or daycare. We'll walk you through the rest.
Are our volunteers covered?
It depends on your policy. Volunteer accident coverage pays medical bills for volunteers hurt while serving, and your liability coverage should name volunteers as insureds. We'll check both in your review.
Can you insure our pastor's home and car too?
Yes. We're a full-service brokerage, so we can quote your pastor's and staff members' home, auto and life insurance alongside the church's policy.
Where do you insure churches?
Oklahoma is home. Our offices are in Edmond and Piedmont, and we insure churches statewide — the OKC metro, Tulsa, Norman, Lawton, Enid and every small town in between. We're also licensed in Texas if your church has a presence there.
